This site has been designed NOT to print any background colours, so if you print any pages you will not waste ink printing the blue shading.  Internet explorer users wishing to print the pages as they see them should choose Tools / Internet options / Advanced and tick the "Print background colours and images" box in the Printing section.

General instructions for navigating this site

Every page has a bordered box at the top containing the main areas of the site.  The bold green text tells you the area of the site that you are in and hovering your mouse pointer over the other text in that box will give you brief descriptions of the other pages in the status bar (bottom left or bottom centre).  Click the appropriate text in the top box to be taken to your desired page.

Other text within documents may take you to another page or a specific area of another page - once again look in the status bar for a description or the page address.  More advanced screen customisations are detailed below.

If you wish to alter the size of the lettering.

People using Netscape browsers should choose View and then either Increase font or Decrease font as many times as is necessary for comfortable viewing.

People using Internet Explorer browsers may should choose View / Text Size and then pick a size to suit.

If your screen area isn't very big, use full screen mode.

People using Internet Explorer browsers may view this (or any) site in Full-screen mode.  This is particularly useful if you have toolbars including the Microsoft office toolbar taking up screen space.  Choose View / Full screen from the Toolbar.  This will allocate most, if not all, of the screen to the web page.

Your browser may automatically hide the remaining toolbar.  To access the toolbar if it is hidden, move your mouse cursor to the very top of the screen and you will see something like the toolbar below.  To leave full screen mode click the second button from the right (in the black area of the toolbar).

Changing the monitor settings.

Also - You may change the monitor settings to view in a different screen resolution (unless your network settings prohibit this).  PC users may right-click on the background wallpaper of their desktop and access the Properties in order to change the settings.  It is recommended that this site is viewed in at least 800 x 600 resolution (maybe with a smaller text size as described above) and, if using a projector, in full screen mode (also as described above).
