What is the IMPACT Management Training Programme?
The IMPACT Management Training Programme is a series of 6 workshops designed to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence of Managers and Supervisors. The framework for this programme is the Management National Occupational Standards devised by employers. IMPACT helps candidates to develop the behaviours, knowledge and understanding to become more effective managers or supervisors.
Who is it for?
This programme is aimed at newly-appointed or unqualified first line managers/supervisors with responsibility for managing budgets; allocating work to team members, colleagues or contractors; achieving specific results; and for some decision making. There are no formal entry qualifications, however participants should be working in an appropriate job role.
How is the IMPACT programme delivered?
A typical course is delivered over 3 months, with a half-day workshop every second week. This allows ample time for tuition, practice and review. Courses are delivered at our custom-built training facilities at Tell House, Dumbarton or can be delivered on-site.
Why Tell?
Tell has delivered management qualifications for over 10 years. We give our candidates the opportunity to develop their management performance, become more effective within their company, and to progress their career.
