The TELL Organisation was established in 1989 and is a Skills Development Scotland (SDS) Training Partner. TELL is contracted by SDS to deliver Modern Apprenticeship (MA) and Employability Fund (EF) programmes to help raise attainment levels and create opportunities for all by bridging skills gaps as identified by the UK Government and to assist in reducing unemployment figures across Scotland.)
TELL was founded with the same aim that it has today – to help individuals achieve their life long career goals and to assist businesses in understanding the merits of investing in the development of their staff. We work closely with individuals to equip them with any additional learning support they need in order to take them down their chosen career path and with businesses to help them to develop their staff and assist in the implementation of succession plans.
TELL’s Modern Apprenticeship (MA) Programme delivers qualifications across various Engineering frameworks including Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical/Manufacturing, Maintenance and Fabrication and Welding as well as Business & Administration, Digital Marketing, Management and Social Services & Healthcare.
TELL’s Employability Fund (EF) Programme supports individuals who have been made redundant and/or who are long-term unemployed to re-enter the job market by providing relevant support and training to ensure they are job ready. TELL also works with employers to find suitably qualified individuals to meet their business needs. TELL’s Employability Fund Programme is active across West Dunbartonshire, East Dunbartonshire, Argyll & Bute, Renfrewshire, Greenock & Inverclyde and Greater Glasgow.
If you are an individual looking for assistance in finding work or if you are a business who has a skills shortage or skills gap then TELL can help you.
