What is a Modern Apprenticeship

Modern Apprenticeships are work-based qualifications available at many levels. Tackling Scotland’s skills gap, Modern Apprenticeships help employers to develop their workforce by training new employees or up-skilling existing members of staff. For individuals, a Modern Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised qualification and is an exciting way of gaining skills and qualifications in the workplace without having to study full time.
